14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on all new subscriptions and one-time purchases:

  • We will issue a full refund back to your original payment method, no questions asked.

Subscription Cancellations

  • Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through your account dashboard or by contacting support.
  • End-of-Period Access: Once canceled, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again for subsequent periods.
  • No Prorated Partial Refunds: Except within the initial 14-day guarantee window, recurring subscription periods already billed are non-refundable once started.

Digital Credits & Usage Packages

  • Purchases of digital credit packages and one-time calculation allocations are covered by our 14-day guarantee if unused.
  • Any unused portion of digital credits is processed in accordance with Creem refund guidelines.

Merchant of Record & Dispute Resolution

  • Merchant of Record: Payments and transactions are processed by Creem as our authorized Merchant of Record. Creem handles billing security, payment processing, and applicable sales tax collection.
  • Dispute Handling: In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback inquiry, disputes are resolved through Creem's resolution framework in coordination with our customer support team. We encourage users to contact us directly at support@iftadesk.com before initiating a formal dispute so we can resolve your issue swiftly.
